PHERALO is a plug-in calming diffuser routine for pet homes. Choose the kit made for your dog or cat and use the matching refill. It is designed to support a calmer home environment; results vary from pet to pet.
Choose the Dog Calming Diffuser Kit for dogs and the Cat Calming Diffuser Kit for cats. Each has its own matching refill. These are pet products, not products for human use. For a mixed-pet household or a specific sensitivity, our team can help you check the product details.
Every diffuser includes one matching refill. A 1-diffuser pack includes 1 refill, a 2-diffuser pack includes 2 refills, and a 3-diffuser pack includes 3 refills. Check the selected pack and purchase option on the product page before checkout.
Plan for one diffuser per room where your pet spends time. For a larger home, count the rooms you want to use rather than relying only on total square footage. Place each unit in an open wall outlet and follow the included directions.
Each refill is designed for approximately 30 days of continuous use. Replace it when empty with a matching PHERALO refill. Your subscription renewal schedule is shown before checkout and in your subscription details.
Follow the instructions included with your kit. Remove the refill cap, secure the matching refill in the diffuser, and plug it into a suitable open wall outlet. Keep the bottle upright below the diffuser head and leave the unit uncovered.
Use an open wall outlet in the room where your pet spends the most time. Keep the diffuser upright, uncovered, and away from furniture or curtains that could block it. Follow the clearance and electrical safety instructions supplied with your kit.
The diffuser unit is used with replacement PHERALO refills; an empty bottle does not mean you need to throw away the plug. Follow the replacement guidance in the instructions for your specific unit. If it looks damaged or is not working normally, stop using it and contact our team.
Follow the service-life and replacement instructions supplied with your diffuser. We do not want to give you an unverified replacement interval for your unit. Contact our team with your product details if you need help checking them. Do not use a damaged unit.
Every pet is different. Use the diffuser consistently as directed and allow time for the routine to become familiar. Some households notice changes sooner; others need several weeks. Results are not guaranteed. Contact our team if you need help reviewing setup or your return options.
You can place a diffuser in each room your pet uses, following the directions for each unit. Choose matching refills for your dog or cat kit. For unusual room layouts or mixed-pet households, contact our team for product guidance.
Use the placement guidance included with your diffuser and keep it uncovered. If your room is very open or has strong airflow, contact our team about the best setup for that space. We cannot promise a fixed coverage area for every room layout.
The routine is designed for continuous day-and-night use, following the product directions. Keep the bottle upright and the diffuser uncovered. If you notice damage, an unusual strong odor, or a problem with the unit, unplug it and contact support.
The cat kit is designed to support a calmer home routine during stressful situations. It is not a diagnosis or a treatment for a urinary problem. Ask your veterinarian about new or ongoing litter-box changes rather than relying on the diffuser alone.
PHERALO is designed to support a calmer home routine during everyday stress. Choose the appropriate dog or cat kit, follow the directions, and keep daily routines consistent. Responses vary. For persistent or sudden behavior changes, ask your veterinarian for individual advice.
Check the label on your specific PHERALO refill for the complete ingredient list and safety information. Our team can help you confirm the details for the dog or cat product before purchase. Use only the matching PHERALO refill with your diffuser.
Formula names used by another brand do not necessarily describe PHERALO. Please check the label for your specific dog or cat refill, or ask our team to confirm its formulation. We will help you choose the matching product.
PHERALO is designed as an odor-free home routine. A faint product scent may be noticeable close to the diffuser. If you notice a strong or unusual odor, excess heat or damage, unplug it and contact our team before using it again.
Review the complete product label before use. We cannot guarantee that a product will be suitable for every individual. Ask your veterinarian about a pet with a health condition or sensitivity, and ask a healthcare professional about a person with a specific concern. Our team can help confirm product information.
